"I had a great stay - the room had a bit of a smell but it wasn't terrible. They are renovating at the moment on some floors. The rooms are older and worn but overall the building is nice, the bar, lobby, etc. safe area, etc. Parking is not free!"

"The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was very clean and smelled nice. The valet service team was awesome! We had a queen double bed room. The room was appointed well and was spacious. The beds were comfortable, pillows were soft, the bathroom was roomy and I liked that the shower and toilet were separated from the bathroom sink space. We tried to use the hot tub but it was closed for maintenance. The gym was well equipped. The bar on the second floor was nice, and the staff made one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had. "

"The room was large, beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress and pillows and very clean. We live in Houston and stayed at the Westin for a week while having work done in our house. The hotel was great and it was so nice to be connected to the Galleria for shopping and so many restaurants. The elevator system is very good and security is excellent. Self parking in the garage is free. The gym is nice and has 4 Pelotons."
