Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. Top Terrace in the downtown view was breathtaking they do have a elevator but there was no access to it we had to climb 4 floors. the garage door opener was not working also the garage door close and open on its own after a couple of minutes they put only one face towel and one napkin for bathroom if there is a two people per bedroom they should at least provide Two Face towels and two napkins. "The pictures do not do this property justice. The three story home has 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with luxurious bathrooms. The main bedroom and the living room has a small patio and then there's a rooftop seating area that is an excellent spot for gazing at the Houston night skyline. "Rusted swimming area, molded bar-b-quer and skillets where both crusted with grease. Floors was taped by a door way. Floor was coming apart in some areas. Rug and couch had stains on it in the living room. Outside area was not clean had lots of deadd leaves and branches. Communication is not to great either. Inside home otherwise was clean"

"The beach cabin was perfect for a father's day weekend getaway. Large kitchen, hot tub and ice maker were a plus. The beds were extremely comfortable and cabin was spotless. Will definitely rent again!"
