"I brought my staff to the island for a working retreat and this was the perfect venue! The house was beautiful—a great balance of antique and modern decor with all the amenities you would ever need. The location is definitely within a short walk of the strand or a cheap uber ride. The hostess was very responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We will be back!"

"This was the first Bed & Breakfast we have ever stayed in and I have to say they set the standards high for all others. "What a fabulous place! You won’t want to l ave! Loved everything including the sweet parrot Phidias, who makes his home there and who stays in his huge cage in the lobby. We feel spoiled and will be back as soon as we can!!!"
"The only bad thing is that they charge $20 for early check in. I did not check in early. Otherwise place is close to The Stand (historic center of Galveston), check in was easy and the room is large and clean."
