"The room was clean, quiet and spacious. We were very comfortable and enjoyed that there were shops within walking distance. The Seawall was less than a 10 minute drive."

"Because the hotel is right on the beach, the salt air has definitely had an effect on the room. Other than the natural damage of constant humidity and salt air, the room was clean and spacious. The toilet was clogged when we arrived, but the staff was quick to send someone to fix it and we didn't have issues after that. The beach access was right across the street and so convenient for our party. "

The hot water was perfect, and the pool area was stunning—gave me total Cancun vibes as I relaxed with my feet up. I’ll definitely be coming back! "WOW! Just WOW!! So many great things to say about our stay. Michael and Rosy were the host/hostess with the mostest from the moment we arrived til the time we pulled away! Jeff was a great back-up and super helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing, but come hungry-they won't let you leave hungry for sure. The grounds were so rejuvenating and inviting. Quiet and tranquility best describes our visit. Our Tootsie Roll (furbaby) was welcomed and made to feel special as well, she even loved the steps up to our room (her first time of seeing or attempting steps). The full size kitchen was great, the small fridge was perfect and again they have a little treat waiting for you as well. Parking wasn't any trouble at all, check in/out was a breeze, very relaxing sitting on the porch and enjoying the evening. Only negative I can come up with is our room was on the second floor and had to climb stairs (certainly not the properties error in the reservation- I didn't know what I was doing) and both Michael and Rosy were right there to assist in getting anything we needed from luggage to snacks up (or down) for us! The pictures on their website were exactly what we saw when we arrived! And one other minor issue, the water pressure in the shower was very weak, but the kitchen had great pressure.. We didn't even mention this to Michael or Rosy, they were so accommodating I'm sure they would have made every effort to change that as well. Great place to stay!!!"

"Overall it was a good stay. I would definitely bring extra covers, pillows and towels. The fridge didn't work so we used the freezer as a fridge since the freezer didn't "freeze" but cold enough to keep things cold. The outside shower thing was very useful getting sand off but leaked so it was always wet near the entrance. Parking was fine for it being street parking. Wasn't too far from the beach so I'd recommend a wagon to carry your things and you wont need to leave just to go to the beach. Upstairs neighbors were friendly (could have been the owners). "
