"The only downside to my stay was the free WiFi which is very slow & weak. I was on an oversight stay for work but had real trouble uploading documents etc."

"Breakfast room quite small for size of hotel. Queues at key times. Cooked breakfast buffet in another room and separated by stairs, not so good when carrying a hot plate. Having said that, the offering was very good and piping hot."

"Can’t fault Hinsley Hall. Lovely old building, helpful staff, clean, reasonably priced. Grounds of the building are lovely. Probably quietest place Ive ever stayed in. Its one of those places you dont want everyone to know about, as its so lovely. I often do races in Leeds and Hinsley Hall is the place I always book."

"Couldn't fault the staff for helpfulness. But the room we were in was falling apart, holes in the walls, window didn't stay shut, light didn't work and the switch was showing wiring. The whole place feels past it's best. Breakfast very nice."

"Chevin House is very handy for Leeds Bradford Airport and is set in lovely woods. It is generally quiet, particularly in the woodland lodges. The rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary amenities. My only criticism is that the food has generally become worse since they were taken over. Everything was a bit salty and the choices of food and wine are limited. It was nicer when there was a big bar to sit in rather than just the restaurant which looks over the lovely pond, but isn't a place to just hang out and have a pint. They have clearly optimised the site for events like weddings. But overall, a nice place to stay and certainly my choice of the ones near the airport."
