Hotellet er helt ok, men det imponerte ikke på noen måte utover renhold. Maten var ekstremt dårlig første dagen, men tok seg litt opp utover uken - dog ikke noe å hoppe i taket for. De reddes av at de har en kokk som lager nystekt pizza til middagen, den var god og falt i smak hos store og små. Til middag må all drikke kjøpes (selv med alt inkludert), men de få som håndterte bestillinger hadde for mye å gjøre, så vi hadde hele første måltid uten drikke (selv om vi spurte og etterlyste det flere ganger). Spisesalen er ekstremt bråkete, men da det var på slutten av sesongen, fikk vi ikke lov til å sitte ute. Parkeringen er relativt dyr, noe vi mener trekker ned, iom at hotellet ligger langt fra Split-så det er praktisk med bil for å komme seg dit. Vi etterspurte litt informasjon (som sykkel leie etc) dette visste ikke de ansatte noe om, så vi måtte gå til et annet hotell for info. Ellers er Brela et absolutt nydelig sted! Vakre strender, en superfin gangvei langs havet, der du kan gå helt til Makarska. Koselige små restauranter og vennlig lokalbefolkning.

Quarto grande, localizacao incrível perto da praia, café da manhã delicioso. A reserva era meia pensão, mas o jantar não é maravilhoso, self service, podia melhorar a qualidade e o fato mesmo hospedando no hotel tem que pagar o estacionamento e a cadeira de praia a parte.

Das erste Zimmer hatte einen ekligen Geruch, das Bett sah aus als hätte jemand drin gelegen und auf dem Boden, vom Bad bis ins Zimmer lagen fremde Haare. Die Handtücher im Bad waren, unter der Ablage des Waschbeckens, hineingeworfen. Es sah alles nach schnell rein und wieder raus aus. Wir haben auf ein Zimmerwechsel bestanden und diesen bekommen. Zuvor hatte sich die Managerin der Reinigungskräfte das Zimmer angeschaut und konnte unsere Beanstandung nur bestätigen. Sie hat sich sehr über die nicht ordentlich ausgeführte Reinigung ihrer Mitarbeiter entschuldigt. Das zweite Zimmer roch normal, aber leider waren auch da Haare vom Bad bis zum Bett verteilt und das Bad, bzw die Ablage hatte noch jede Menge Flecken von den vorherigen Gästen. Erneut an der Rezeption beschwert. Dieses Mal kam die Managerin mit einer Reinigungskraft, die weder die kroatische Sprache sprach, noch genug englisch. Der junge Mann hat das Zimmer anschließend gesaugt, das Geräusch als der Teppich gesaugt wurde, hat er selbst wahrgenommen. Purer Sand oder was auch immer da eingesaugt wurde. Im Nachhinein hat sich die Managerin erneut erkundigt und entschuldigt. Sie war auch die Einzige, die sich drum gekümmert hat, ein großes Lob und Dankeschön. Für 2 Nächte war es ok, mehr auch nicht. Ich möchte aber noch erwähnen, dass das Personal im Servicebereich/Restaurant super ist.
