"Vom Moment unserer Ankunft bis zu unserer Abreise war einfach alles perfekt. Das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hundefreundlich und ist auf eine wirklich herzliche Weise mit unserem Hund umgegangen. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und angenehm ruhig. Besonders gut hat uns die Einrichtung bzw. das stilvolle Design des Hotels gefallen. Da das Personal der Meinung war, dass unser ursprünglich vorgesehenes Zimmer für unseren Hund etwas zu klein sei, hat man uns in ein größeres Zimmer umgebucht. Dort wurden wir mit Wasser- und Futternäpfen sowie einem kleinen Leckerli für unseren Hund begrüßt. Da der Parkplatz etwas schwierig zu befahren war, kam uns das Personal sofort zu Hilfe, organisierte einen besseren Stellplatz direkt vor dem Hotel und nahm uns sogar das Gepäck ab und begleitete uns bis auf unser Zimmer. Nachdem wir uns eingerichtet hatten, rief man uns sogar noch an, um nachzufragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Gegend auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten und können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen."
