"We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). Good car parking available and a pleasant stroll to the Port through the golf course and lake. However, there are several important areas requiring improvement: - Air conditioning does not exist. 10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean and welcoming. Large enough, with a décent size desk. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The room was on the ocean side. There is a small balcony with small table and 2 chairs to enjoy breakfast or a drink watching the beach and ocean that are just across the street on a promenade. I did not try the spa, but enjoyed the relaxing pool. The hotel is right on one end of the promenade. Long walks along the beach on either side: promenade and wilder walk along the coast on the other side."

"A very popular hotel for sure with spacious rooms, great Wifi, and a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sun lounger area. The reception and staff were excellent and this hotel deserves its high review rating. Plenty of secure parking which is a must for me. There is a restaurant on site for continental breakfast and main meals but we did not use so not able to rate. The location means transport is required but it should be mentioned there are excellent cycle paths adjacent to the road. "
