"Excellent place due to cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and proximity / walking to Parliament buildings and Byward market which we love to frequent for breakfast and meals. Parking is a bit of a pain (no parking onsite), but valet parking is available. We have found that is is MUCH cheaper and just as easy to park our vehicle ourselves in the parking garage a 5-7 min. walk away. "

"I had a short stay but the room was spacious, everything was very clean, staff were friendly. The location is perfect for exploring downtown The breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay again."

"We had a nice stay at Homewood. The room was big. My only complaint was that the king size bed appears to be smaller than the usual king size bed in other hotels where we stayed at in the past. It’s a good thing there’s an extra sofa bed for my kids to sleep in. We also like the fact that there’s a mini kitchen complete with 2-burner induction stove, a big fridge, dishwasher and basic dinner plates and cutlery. There’s also hot breakfast which is a plus."
