"parking was easy, clean room clean facilities, the staff were cool. the only thing was I think they could at least offer some bagels or coffee for breakfast not to fancy just a little something, I would definitely stay again."

"Omg!! I cannot say enough about how amazing and immaculate this hotel is! All of the staff were attentive and professional! It is our official hotel to stay in when my husband and I visit Miami, Every time! We absolutely loved it! Thank you, Park Central Hotel for making our anniversary vacation amazing and definitely one for the books!😃❤️"

"The hotel and staff were very good, and the location was perfect. However, we asked to get the sheets changed and were told no. There is only housekeeping every other day. We were then promised new sheets, which never arrived after we asked three times. We visited the pool area, which is very nice, but at noon time, there were no towels. Asked when the towels would be available and was told between 3.30 and 4 PM. I wonder what the $118 resort fee is for. It is definitely not Towles. As part of the discussion, we were told to go get our towels from the room; we did and asked for new ones for the room. Again asked 3 times, and no towels came. "
