"Nice well managed property / country club. Convenient if you have activities around Norwich. Not unexpected but driving to property is on Norfolk country roads (last 6 miles) can be challenging at night. "

"Room was clean and well-stocked, both dinner and breakfast were very nice. Staff were helpful. Beautiful town and very charming hotel with lots of character. Only downside was the TV was small and a bit of a pain to work, however for our trip that didn't impact us."

"We stayed for 1 night at this gem of a place! We arrived quite late but managed to get into the restaurant just before they finished serving. The food was outstanding! Not an extensive menu. A few pub classics such as fish and chips. I had an open fish pie which was delicious. We had breakfast the next morning which was equally as good. We did say it was a shame we didnt live nearer as we'd definitely return for a meal. The rooms were recently modernised we were told and were lovely! A good size too and clean. A nice touch was to have a little bottle of fresh milk in the fridge to have with our tea and coffee instead of the usual longlife! This pub deserves to do well as they've put alot of effort into it and it shows!"
