"Stayed here last week for 2 nights bed and breakfast. Amy, the owner, was absolutely lovely. Made us feel so very welcome throughtout our stay and willing to help with anything we needed to know.. The breakfast and choice was as one of the best. Ideally placed as just few minutes walk from the Spa , sea front and town centre. "It was ok. Bedroom clean, bathroom mostly ok except for the shower cubicle which I cleaned myself and cleared the blocked plughole, which was leaving you stood in a couple of inches of water. Very noisy at night, people seemed to be moving things outside on the landing? and the top stairs are in need of a good vacuum."

"The landlord was extremely helpful. Allowed us to enter out room early. Was very helpful, had a problem with our tv came and changed it straight away. Nothing seem to a trouble i didnt want an egg, took it off no problem. The breakfast was a full english, and was excellent. There was absolutely no grease on plate and tasted yummy. Had a big pot of tea with breakfast, which is good as myself and friend drink a lot of tea lol. I havent slept in a single bed since i left home quite a few years ago....

No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. There is a small outdoor area to sit in - if you like talking to the neighbours as all chalets are close together."
