We were booked in for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary but we had to leave early as our daughter was rushed to hospital the lady was very understanding and said we could go back another time to finishbour stay. The hotel was very clean the room were love plenty of room to moive around the bathroom was spotless. The check-in was very smooth amd the breakfast was lovely plenty of choice we will definitely be back

We had a lovely room very bright and airy. The bed was comfy, plenty of tea and coffee available. There were lots of little extra touches that included bathrobes and a variety of soaps and creams and other accessories in the bathroom. The only negative was the shower over the bath, we found this a little troublesome to use. The standard of cleanliness was outstanding and the staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. We we’re pleased that a parking permit had been arranged for the duration of our stay. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely return. Very clean and airy bright room, pleasant staff felt very comfortable. If there was one critisism it would be the little shower, but above all great comfortable and highly recommended will be sending approval to friends and family.

The personal attention given was exceptional, really clean and comfortable accomodation which included toiletries and gowns. An amazing choice for breakfast was offered. Ann was very helpful with suggestions of where to go and how to get there and even provided some freshly baked cookies. Absolutely faultless and will definitely book a stay there again.

Substandard Accommodation

It all started from the moment the owner escorted us to our unchosen room (room 6). When we arrived in the room it looked (cozy) v small. Then with closer inspection it became apparent that the en-suite facility didn’t include a sink within but positioned in the bedroom. The shower itself was minute a converted store cupboard approximately the width of wc, while sitting on the wc your knees touched the shower cubicle. The shower is designed for someone who is extremely thin. We couldn’t get the light to work in the shower cupboard and with the door closed you were in immediate darkness. We called for the owner who advised the light was a mobile push button that omitted minimum luminary’s.....I asked to move rooms and was told there weren’t any available which wasn’t the truth as the sign on the exterior door said vacancies..... I asked for my money back and prepared to book elsewhere and was told I couldn’t be refunded ...... wont be revisiting or recommending this Accommodation
