This was a gem of a find. The rooms appear to have recently been refurbished so it was lovely, clean and fresh. Nothing was too much trouble. A very comfy bed, and if like me you hate creased sheets none here 😀. Easily walkable into town. There is limited off street parking so that is a bonus. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Bridlington.
Absolutely brilliant.Onlly hiccup was i couldn't get in on my last night, as the key card had been accidentally cancelled, but it was quickly resolved. Thank you for bacon sandwich instead of full breakfast. Will definitely becoming back 😁😁😁
The host was a comedian. Pleasant and offered a lovely stay. Would highly recommend to others wishing for a stay in Bridlington. Rooms was clean, bed was comfy. All needs catered for. Excellent.
Will be coming back!
Nice hotel close to the sea front. All the staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. Spotlessly clean. Would definitely return.

I stayed in the Family Room on the ground floor. The hosts were very accommodating. The Promenade is well located. My only complaint was that the WiFi was weak in my room.

Reasonable hotel, shame about the bed!
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and adequate. However the mattress on the bed was awful, old and very dented which rather spoiled the experience.
Good location. Genuine - friendly & helpful. High quality full english breakfast. New owners have just taken over the Promenade and strive to make guests' stay as good as possible.

Friendly welcome from Dan & Danny. Very good quality and well presented cooked Breakfast, with generous portions. Family room was ok and comfortable enough for 2 Adults and 1 child but situated at ground level, to front of property, so cannot avoid disturbance from passing traffic during the night.
All local amenities including Childrens and "big kids" amusements within easy walking distance, with seafront literally 3 minutes away. Parking permit provided for length of stay, although may not be able to park directly outside of Guest House.
The hotel from the outside wasn't particularly inspiring and left you with a feeling of foreboding, but very pleasantly surprised once shown our room. It had recently been redecorated and was lovely, we had a sea view and the amenities were all there to use. We were given a warm welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble for the proprietors. The breakfast selection was varied and if you asked for something different, it was made for you. I would recommend this hotel, as it was clean, well kept and friendly. I can't say the same for Bridlington itself, what a disappointment. It is 10 years since we last visited and will probably be another decade if not more before we go again. It was dirty, neglected and very run down. We had to go out in the car to find a decent place to eat an evening meal. There were numerous fish and chip places, pizza takeaways and ice cream parlours, but if you're there for a few days like we were then you need something different for your palate. The town definitely needs a complete overall in order to generate more tourism and people returning or it will end up a ghost town which would be tragic for the residents of Bridlington!!!!!
My stay here was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They remembered what you'd been up to during the day etc. And they even let me check out late for free as they knew I had a long drive.
Many thanks for your help and hospitality. If I am ever in the area I will definitely be staying here again.
We stayed for 2 nights with 2 children. The room was a lot better than we was expecting.. we had the annex on the back so it was more than ample for us. The staff were lovely, very welcoming & super friendly & made our stay even more perfect. Breakfast was lovely, a great choice especially with having kids. We will certainly be booking to come back & have recommended it to family & friends. Thankyou very much.
Sue and Mike are a lovely couple nothing is too much trouble for them. Lovely sea view from our room and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was first class we had a lovely stay.
We had a very enjoyable stay at The Promenade. The staff were friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable and the place is ideally situated. To top it off, the breakfast was first class. Highly recommended.
