"Excellent and friendly staff. They have bikes with helmets for use and are in great condition. Breakfast was very basic but good. Coffee was acceptable. Room was very clean! Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Overall, we had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean and had breathtaking river views, which were complimented by beautiful contemporary art. The building itself could use some updates and upgrades like smart TVs. However, any complaint we might have had with the property was readily overshadowed by the amazing staff. Every single person from Josh at the front desk to Bridget at the restaurant/bar to the housekeeping staff were top notch and made the stay exceptionally pleasant and memorable. Please give these people raises as they were outstanding!"
