"The hotel is in a great location on Broad Street. However the parking is expensive at £18.50 for 24 hours (in May 2025). It would put me off staying for more than one day. The lifts get busy and it was time consuming waiting to get up and down to the 7th floor."

Location was really good, very close to both Moor Street and New street stations, and to the shopping area, everything in walking distance with great transport links.
