"My stay did not include breakfast, and we chose not to get one at the hotel. The property is within steps of Coop and Migros, and just across the Tasch Terminal. Our room had access to an expansive deck overlooking a hill. On check in day we were told the room was not ready at 1500, but that it would be in "ten minutes." Nobody circled back on us on the tenth minute; we had to call personnel to check on the room since it's been more than ten minutes and we have not heard from anybody. Personnel seemed yMaybe personnel just need to be educated again on being attentive to guests. Other than that, other personnel were helpful and attentive. They even provided us with a portable heater when I asked how to operate the heater in the room. I will definitely come back"

"Everything about my room was wonderful. Only problem I had was I came late and parked in the wrong parking lot (beside/next to the hotel), when it was supposedly the one across. I wasn't able to read the message on time and was in a hurry already to retire for the day. Apart from that, the place is nice."

"This hotel was brilliantly close to the station and although very traditional inside and out it had a good homely feel. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. We were delighted to have so much for the price. Switzerland is generally v expensive"
