"Worn out- looks beaten down and left to wither away. Elevator does not pick up on the 3rd fl 2/2 broken button. My room smelled like wet dog; the couch was stained and smelled like urine so I sat on the bed. I kept my windows open the entire stay in an attempt to get rid of the funky smell. As it was Marathon weekend I was told there were no available rooms for a switch. They offered to spray the room but I declined as I was not interested in adding to the pungent mix. I've stayed in the past without an issue but will not return. "

"The people here were amazing. Every interaction was delightful from start to finish. That being said, the property could use some work. The elevator sounded sketchy, and the room could use updating and maintenance. Despite the disrepair, the staff was so wonderful I would come back regardless. Thank you to the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast/kitchen staff. "
