"The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The hotel offered a wonderful breakfast in the morning with a variety of options. The hotel also provided a shuttle to and from the aiport which I found very helpful. "

"It was a very good stay. It even snowed and we still were able to use the pool and the hot tub. It was all kept warm and they habe a sauna which was very nice. The floors throughout the hotel were all warm. We needed some towels and laundry pods and housekeeping brought them eight up. The rooms are pretty nice. Kept clean and all the amenties were so cool. We loved it. The fire place worked and was definitely warm. The hot tub was nice. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay again. "

"Not a single outlet in the room. I had to pull the refrigerator out from the wall to charge my telephone. The fellow at the calendar was barely Adept with english. I was charged $100 deposit and this is not stated in the Expedia site."
