"Fabulous stay. We were so impressed with this hotel. The decor is stunning, Our room was perfect. Breakfast Lunch and drinks were excellent. Staff were extremely professional, but lacking a little in a warm welcome ( except for the long curly haired lady in bar who was particularly lovely) Duty manager went the extra mile to help us which was brilliant. Thermal suite was fab, charged at £30.00 extra but we thought they had a swimming pool but it's a small thermal pool and children cannot use it. Location can't be beaten, It is right across from the beach and a short walk to Brighton Pier, The Lanes, Aquarium, a superb food hall and lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer!"

"Staff were very helpful, this is the second time we have stayed here i did book a standard room but we were put in a basic room the man on the desk did explain why and gave me some money back. The room was basically clean. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast wasn't very hot but it was plentiful. We would still stay here again as it is central to amenities."

"I was very happy I paid extra for a Seaview room, the room was large and the view fantastic. Great location, right on the seafront, lovely and easy walk to either Brighton or Hove. My only concern was the bath/shower, it was an over the bath shower that was very narrow and slippery, I was very concerned about slipping."

"It was a funky characterful boutique hotel and all Staff were most welcoming and helpful. It made our stay. There were different breakfast choices at different prices. All excellent value. Minor comments would be to provide fold up luggage stand in room and in Dolly Parton room to put a little decoration on the lovely red carpet to bring the eye’s attention to a step near the window. My friend nearly tripped several times at first."
