"I really enjoyed this hotel. Helpful staff, very clean, good fitness center and great location. Only suggestion is to have a bigger store with more items."
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Boston - Cambridge
10/10 Excellent
"We chose this hotel based on having a pool & hot tub, but we didn’t get a chance to use them. No matter…it was in walking distance to places we wanted to go in Cambridge, and our suite was clean and comfortable. "
"Staff was very friendly and accommodating helping w my dad who is in a wheel chair. Hotel is a little older but very clean. Close by to restaurants ect "
"I was hesitant to stay at this hotel given that I am over 70 and it was clear from the advertising/comments that the main demographic appears to be adults in their early 20s to mid 40s. I am so very glad that I overcame that hesitation and spent three nights at CitizenM Back bay in mid September. First, the location is absolutely perfect—neighborhood is lovely and the T is just across the street. Second, the staff is extraordinary. They are friendly, courteous and very helpful as needed. Third, the room was great. Yes, it is relatively small; however the view over the Charles is gorgeous and they have designed the space very cleverly. You have everything you need—including a very comfortable bed and pillows. Fourth, the public rooms and deck on the second floor are wonderful fun—vibe is great and the artwork is very, very unique (in a good way). Fifth, the breakfast is far superior to any I have had in the US in a decade; it is very similar to breakfasts served in hotels in Europe with eggs, citrus fruit and berries, yoghurt (including vegan), biscuits, cheeses, cold cuts, and so on. Well worth the 14 dollar supplement. So my husband and I are converts and very much look forward to our next stay."
"We very much enjoyed our stay at the iris however, on the first night, we tried to dine in the restaurant. We sat for 10 minutes without receiving a menu or water and got up and left."
