"Staff were very nice overall. We arrived early and were given a room straightaway, which was a really nice touch. Room was perfectly suited to our needs. Spotless and comfortable. There was no storage at all but we were fine- others may struggle. Air con unit was very loud. Asked twice for someone to take a look. If they did, we were unaware. Happy (2) hour was a nice touch, albeit with many limitations. Drinks after this time were incredibly expensive. Overall a great hotel, we would for sure stay again! "

"The room was spacious and clean, we could have used a few more hangers in the closet and I'm sure we could have just asked at the front desk. The breakfast was a step above your basic continental breakfast but served our needs just fine. They were very accommodating by combining 2 adjacent registrations so we didn't have to change rooms and easily added parking when we decided to rent a car later in our stay. The rooftop patio would have been nice in good weather and the fitness area was basic but served its purpose."

"Very central and convenient hotel! Great to walking to destinations in the downtown core. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. We didn’t do breakfast there but the food looked good!"
