Very clean, decent size room central to the city. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing.

Room was lovely. On one day the housekeeping was not too great but we gave feedback directly and was rectified quickly.
Overall, great location, great amenities and wonderful rooms.

Nothing not to dislike, first class all the way. My husband and I loved our room, 41st floor beautiful views looking down part city & Cathedral views. Awesome night views & great sunrises 🌅 👍

"We didn't get to stay I booked one day early and within one minute of the booking confirmation i emailed the booking company to change the date to the next day. I know there was vacant rooms but never even got a reply. Like stealing $117."
