"One of the most lovely hotels I have ever stayed at. From check-in onwards, the staff was AMAZING – it was hard to leave as they felt like friends, and always had a smile on their faces. "This hotel was exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. Hotel staff fielded questions about posting parcels, got me a sewing kit, and made me cappuccino in the morning. The breakfast might have a juicer (didn't my second morning) but had truly tasty things to eat and the lightest scrambled eggs ever. Felt safe and easy."
