But, what really made this a great experience was the front desk staff who were professional, has a great sense of humour and went out of their way to be helpful. "

The listing did not mention that parking was limited and needed to be reserved (it may have changed since my stay), which was the reason I booked the hotel in the first place. However, the lady at the front desk quickly found a solution, which I really appreciated."
