Can we please inquire what villa number you stayed exactly as we have consistently scheduler maintenance checks but we can double check on all items mentioned. Regarding parents supervision we try to emphasize it as much as we can and in most night we have the security around all time and can be contacted via the after hour phone number. Thank you for your feedback. We lock the Hotel entrance gate for the safety and security of our guests staying in Villas and Sites nearby who may have young children sleeping; our main gate is always accessible. Thanks again, we hope to see you again in the future.
