"The staff and the hotel were excellent. Can't fault this hotel. The only exception, I order a vegetarian pizza to take to my room and it came smelling of pepperoni and there was circles in the cheese were it had been removed. I took it back to the desk, however the manager was adamant it was not the case. I let the pizza there and went back to my room. But that was the only negative experience on this visit."

"Stayed for 4 nights, staff were very welcoming. It’s right in the centre of Bristol so it’s the perfect place where you don’t need to drive around you can simply walk. Prices were great except having to paying for parking. We paid £64 for 4 nights to keep our car there which I thought was a bit excessive. But overall a very good place and will definitely be back again to stay."

"The room I booked, Jr Suite, was not available so we were given a sub-standard room. The room had a tiny 2ft X 3ft window ar ceiling height. The AC was broken and the room remained at 26⁰C 82⁰F all night. Unbearable! No compensation was actually given, inspite of a promise to do so, for the change in room type. Minimal compensation was offered (Marriott points) for the lack of AC! While the location is great, I can't recommend this hotel based upon this performance!"
