"The staff were always friendly and willing to answer our questions. The hot breakfast each morning was great. The room was clean and comfy. The gym and pool were great. The location was ideal for our trip. On the skytrain route, the mall was close at hand. Great stay, highly recommend."

"Though this is an older building, the owners have done a lot of work to update it and make it comfortable. Things we liked were the rain shower head, the cleanliness, the comfortable beds, big TV screen (bigger than usual in a hotel), and the large room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I left a few recommendations for improvement with staff and they were very receptive and courteous to receive the feedback and even gave me a small discount for my trouble. I would definitely consider staying here again."
