"From the moment I checked in, I realized the AC wasn't working, so I notified the property via the Hotels.com chat, but I never received a response. The next day, they told me via WhatsApp that they would fix the AC, but that wasn’t true, and we had to spend a second consecutive night at 81°F with the window open to cool the room since there were four of us. Additionally, the coffee maker didn’t work, and the closet was full of cleaning supplies and tools (broom, mop, etc.) There’s no place to hang towels in the bathroom, and the shower is so small it’s hard to move around in it. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this poorly managed, run-down, and unpleasant place where the photos in the listing don’t match reality."

"DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. We had a terrifying security experience here. For 3 out of 4 days, we returned to find our room door wide open. What made it worse was that ours was the ONLY door left open on the entire floor; every other room was securely closed. After checking the CCTV on the second day, the front desk confirmed it was housekeeping's fault, yet it happened AGAIN the following day. When we complained, the staff showed zero empathy, offered no apology, and had a hostile attitude. They claimed they had "never seen this before" but simply shoved a business card at us and told us to contact the manager ourselves. This felt like we were being specifically targeted. We felt completely unsafe and ignored. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about your safety."
