"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. "Lovely spacious hotel. Our room looked newly renovated and really surprised by the size. We also had our dog with us. Was great with her as well could eat in the bar area. Grounds of the hotel were also excellent for walking. Obviously helped with it being with a golf course so lots of space but nice walks in fields surrounding also and well layed out paths. "
