"The hotel is dated but it was clean. The hot tub and pool were the perfect temperature and we were the only ones using it. There is also a sauna which was nice. Great value for the money."

"Motel-style room was good and clean. Door took a little force to close. The heater was unable to heat the room properly, it wasn't too cold in the room but I wanted it a bit warmer and it wouldn't heat, had it running full heat for 2 days and the temp did not increase. Cell signal inside the room was non-existent, but step outside the room and you have full signal. My co-worker did not have this issue in his room on the other side of the parking lot. Breakfast was ok, I was made a plate of fresh scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages and pancakes by the staff and there's the usual assortment of bread, cereal, yogurt and some fruit. Very friendly staff! Overall good experience"

There are a lot of dining options close to the hotel, which we used the two nights we stayed. The town itself is nice and mix of private retail downtown and the big brands in 2/3 different locations, which are close to the hotel. Stouffville is also, as it happens, very close to Shitt’s Creek.."

"My reservation was made on the wrong day. I got there and the clerk told me there was no room for me. She had another room available and gave it to me for the same price. Other than that everything was quite fine. "
