"Was a bit sceptical going with this place as it had two excellent reviews, well it didn’t disappoint. The room looks like it’s newly renovated. Everything was super clean, it had all the things you needed. It’s 10 minutes away from the train station and 10 minutes away from tourist attractions. Very quiet and safe around the building. The staff provided outstanding service and were always helpful and courteous. The hotel’s location, amenities, and overall atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. They even have a kitchen on each floor where you can cook !! Exceptional location, wonderful directions, great staff. It was charming and beautiful. I would highly recommend this property. And the view from the rooftop terrace - WOW. You could see the whole city. Well done Lady Verona !!"

El aire no enfriaba y la bañera se inundaba, sin hablar del recibimiento estricto en recepción, sobre el check in extremadamente puntual a las 2pm ni un solo minuto antes sin importar si la habitación ya esta disponible."

"The property was located near the city center, close to the arena. Beautiful space, with two bedrooms and laundry facilities, also, it was a great area for walking around the old town, The negatives, the bathroom area had a sewage smell, the apartment was located right about a bar, so loud music to all hours and the door handle fell off. All were addressed with reception during our check out, which did not seem to be a big concern to them. So beware of this when checking in…you might want to avoid room 318."

"This is a good hotel, the Team provides very good service, the facilities are fine and even if they are a little dated, they are well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is fine. The Wi-Fi is temperamental and the front desk Team are particularly helpful. I like this hotel I would come back."
