Convenient location in proximity of subway. The breakfast was simple but good. Check in process was very smooth with Arleen and she granted us early check in which was a huge relief with all our baggages, thank you!

My 5th stay at the Jewel and I'll be back. The rooms are not huge but this is NYC and they are clean and functional. Good bathroom space, helpful staff and above all, fantastic location just outside the hustle of times square but close to the subway.

A nice stay and the rating would have been higher if not for 1 reception staff who really spoiled our experience.
