"We had an amazing stay at The Westin Times Square! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and the bathroom was a great size — very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself has tons of great hangout spots, perfect for relaxing in between exploring the city. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We arrived early and they kindly allowed us to check in right away, plus check-out wasn’t until 12 PM which was super convenient. The building felt extremely secure with top-notch security and the bellman was incredibly helpful. We felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. Will absolutely be staying here again! "Perfect location, literally just a few steps from the red stairs on Time Square. Everyone was super friendly. Particularly Tenzin. The room was clean albeit a little on the small side. When we arrived our AC didn't work but Naomi and Ahmed were helpful getting it fixed right away. It stayed noisy the entire time, but at least it worked. The overall value was definitely very good. "
