"Gary was awesome. He helped us avoid a cab that was not licensed for 5. Got us to our destination easily. He also helped us get a car to the airport. The check in and check out staff were very helpful. I was not a fan of being charged $35/day if we didn’t spend $35/day. That seemed like a hidden fee. Thankfully someone in my travel group told me about it because the check in guy did not."

"Be Careful When booking !! Make sure you ask for a remodeled room, and insist on it. They are in the process of totally remodeling the hotel, but appafently less than half done. I was first put in 734. The bed was fine but the room was dismal and shabby. Grubby carpet, battered furniture, musty smelling. Broken lampshade. Nasty old tub. The shower rod sagged down in the middle. The whole shower curtain just slid to the middle of the rod, and let all the water out on the floor. The front desk staff had no argument about this. They moved me to 1906 when it became available the next day. That was bright and lovely and all new furniture, hard surface floor etc."

"This hotel is located in a very strategic location in the heart of Times Square and will let you to experience the vibe and so many good restaurants around. Is fairly walkable to many iconic places and close to subway. The room was clean and modern and they clean it every day.The only minor issue was the room fridge which didn’t work and cool. The bar in the 2nd floor is big and beautiful but it’s fairly under staff and that cause a waiting time to be higher. They have a roof top bar as well which is nice but the food menu is not that great"
