"Right in Times Square. This place is perfect if you’re catching a show like Hamilton, which is directly across the street. We love that it was so walkable."

"Laubicacion excelente, los cuartos estan conforme al precio, la limpieza al cuarto excelente, pero lo que se refiere al WIFI nunca tuvimos y teniamos que bajar a trabajar al Lobby, el bar por la noche con mala actitud y servicio, si regreso lo contrataria de nuevo?, pienso que si por la excelente ubicacion/precio."

"The hotel is newly renovated and opened a month ahead of time. Except for two nights without TV (because the carpet installers cut the cable lines) our stay turned out great. The staff were courteous and efficient—and seemed genuinely pleased to see you (Al of to customer training). The hotel is across the street from the subway and a block from crosstown buses. And of course around the block from the theater district. I used to stay at the Penn across the street from The Garden whenever I came to NYC. Now it will be The Row"

"Don't be fooled! This is not a 4-star hotel. It's barely a 3-star. The room smelled bad, as did the bathroom. The mattress sagged too much, making it difficult to sleep. The room needs maintenance. It's damp and has several other issues. They don't even provide complimentary water in the room, and there's no mini-fridge. The room also faces an interior courtyard, so it gets no sunlight and is very dark, requiring the lights to be on constantly. A mediocre room for a very, very high price. The only good thing is the location. I will never stay here again."
