"This property is beautiful, and the room was thoughtfully designed with everything needed for a comfortable, luxurious stay. The valet and doorman were exceptionally kind and helpful, and it’s truly a dog-friendly hotel. The location is excellent, very safe and just minutes from Central Park in Columbus Circle, with everything you need within walking distance. The restaurant likely offers one of the best views in the area, and the food was outstanding. Service, however, was a bit slow, with longer wait times even for simple requests like water. That said, the staff remained warm and friendly throughout. I would highly recommend making a reservation at the restaurant. The gym was small and often quite busy. "

"Well equipped room .. it had everything we needed. There are a lot of light switches so it’s confusing at night to try to put them all out. AC is good but very noisy. The gym is open 24 hours and is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. "
