We needed our stay to be close to the manhattan school of music for my daughter’s audition. It was perfect, upscale and comfortable. We didn’t eat there or use the amenities. Just the room. The shower was my favorite part of the whole trip lol.

Lovely Hilton property in Harlem. Wonderful well appointed room, newish property with a nice gym and outdoor seating (off the bar depending on weather). Very friendly, helpful and accommodating front desk and hotel staff. Definitely, will be back in the future. The location is not exactly central if Broadway/Lincoln Center shows are on your agenda. We stayed at the hotel because of its proximity to Columbia U. We were there on a college tour.

Our stay was not long, but it was pleasant. The staff were lovely, helpful and had welcoming smiles. The room and hallways were up to date and clean. We were on the 11th floor. Only 6 months old lots to iron out. Room was adequate like a tiny NYC apartment. Clean efficient. Couple of bottles of water would have been nice. Great shower and bath amenities well supplied. Kitchen not opened yet. Bar not well stocked and had to complain as someone else’s bar bill was put on my room. Oops. Location was perfect. I would stay again because I think things will open and staff will become experienced.

Everything about my stay here was seamless. It’s a newer property—it’s very simple, clean and on-brand. Harlem is quite busy and the noise can be heard on almost any floor. To my surprise, this was the quietest stay I’d had in a long time and this is coming from a former neighbor. Staff was pleasant and took care of me.

The room was good and spacious. The front desk staff and maintenance staff was pleasant and helpful. Noted the hotel has only been in operation for a few weeks, so there’s room for improvement. Couple of things to note - the sewage appeared to be blocked so every time we returned to the hotel, the water was murky, the toilet seat cover was broken, housekeeping did not refill shower gel and we had to remind them every day, there were no tea options (mint, herbal etc.) for the room.

The front desk staff was friendly, though upon arrival they informed us that we were getting one of their smaller rooms since we were only staying one night. I found this an odd admission and a puzzling justification, considering we were staying for two nights. The room was surprisingly small, even by NYC standards, and very cramped for two people. I never realized that a closet would be an optional amenity. It was clean and well kept. What I found most problematic was when a woman (who seemed to be the director of housekeeping) opened the door to our room and walked right inside a full hour before our checkout time. I can deal with cramped quarters and other minor inconveniences, but an invasion of privacy like that was inexcusable.
