"Super clean and low key hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was great at times other times staff seemed confused as to who was servicing our table. Food was pretty good but pricey. Sad that the Jazz lounge is closed for summers. I would stay here again."

"We had a fantastic time in NYC. The hotel was in the financial district and right off the 1 line (metro). It was very convenient for travelling all across the city.
Tribeca Hotel FiDi was also close to everything, from great places to eat, shop and so close to the Oculus and World Trade Center.
The accommodations were great and staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend staying here."
"Very nice place to stay. Staff is very kind. Rooms are decently sized. The hotel is in a very convenient area, subway access is around the corner, lots of food options near by. It’s in a chiller area which is nice, but it’s not too far from everything "
"Place looks great, Place is very safe, room card is required to use elevator. Lounge area is very pretty, and the drinks actually have alcohol in them. The bartenders are super friendly , and so is the staff. 5 minute walk to the Seaport."
"I had a fantastic experience with Public. Air Canada went on strike and only a few us arrived. We booked a suite and they accommodated us to a smaller room and refunded us for the bigger one. Unfortunately the first night, there were a couple fighting the room right next to us. And we told the hotel, they upgraded us to a nicer room the next day and also compensated us for the night before. And I had to stay one extra night and they just let me stay in the same room for a basic room price. Overall the staff were so friendly and I really enjoyed my time there. 5 star! And I will come back again. The only thing is at the restaurant below. The restaurant wasn’t super clean, it had hair on the couches. It doesn’t seem like they do a through clean of the breakfast restaurant. "
Enjoy breathtaking views of the city from the observation platform of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, near to where the Twin Towers once stood.
