The property looked run down they had plywood on one of the front doors and the staff was not friendly or wanting to be helpful at all, went to check out today and went to front desk and the two gentleman that was behind the counter just stayed in there conversation with each other until I just told the I was checking out and room number and they just looked at me like that wasn’t there job or something i wanted a breakdown of my recipe but at that point I was like I’ll just get it online.

We had a great two day stay at your hotel. Your staff from the front desk, to the Tap Room (Hey, Sunny!) to the breakfast restaurant were all wonderful. We also loved our time by the heated pools and hot tub (which we weren’t expecting to have on this trip!). Thanks for a memorable getaway!

The hotel itself needs some upgrades for the prices they charging. The front door was boarded up cause the front door glass was broken. A little noisy by the freeway.

Very average. Few amenities or dining options. No pool service or snack bar. Room was very basic & rather disappointing. Comfortable beds, though, and all the staff was very nice.

We had two fire drills while at the hotel. One was at 2am due to a faulty wire and the second was at 9:00am two days later. Not sure why the second one happened but going down 11 flights of stairs was crazy. They need to update this hotel. It is really the nicest in the area overall. Offers many amenities and the staff is great! Need to get better coffee. Both times I ordered coffee it was sub-par. Had to run to Starbucks and Dunkin'.

Positive: one manager let our family watch a movie downstairs on a big screen, with snacks even. That was great!!! Negative: we found A. a small 1 inch piece of cheese along one edge in our room (not behind furniture. Out in the open. B. in your workout room, one Kind Bar was chewn thru by a mouse. I mean the wrapper was mouse style chewn. And when I looked behind that cabinet on the floor, as expected there is a pile of mouse poop. (we did eat the unchewed kind bars haha). C. in the outside bathroom (accessible only from pool area), mens room, there are a bunch of millipedes! I mean they are cute. but you probably dont want them in there. Mostly dead. a few alive. My kid was in the back (handicap) toilet changing to swim shorts and was asking me what are all these things on the floor...

Such an amazing property, beautiful location clean rooms and very helpful staff. We had a work party here and made a staycation out of it. Bed was so comfortable, clean room great room service options. Wish we would have packed our swim stuff for the heated outdoor pool.

We came down specifically to let the kids play in the pool and hot tub as we have done in the past. The hot tub was broken and the heated pool was too cold for the kids to play in. There was no indication on the website when I booked the reservation otherwise we would have stayed somewhere else.

Very nice property and interior design. Staff was wonderful - so friendly and attentive. Had the pan seared salmon in the Tap Room - perfectly cooked with beautiful presentation. Breakfast was delicious as well. Outdoor pool and hot tub were a treat to swim in in December. Fire pits were a nice addition. I didn’t use the fitness center but it looked great. Only small drawback were the sheets were a little rough - could have been a softer linen but first world problem. Bed was otherwise very comfortable Highly recommend.

Christmas Wonderland.
The Omni Interlocken Hotel outdid themselves. I cannot express enough how absolutely excited I am to share this review. The staff was exceptional. They are beyond friendly, extremely professional and honestly fantastic people. For example, I asked about a late check out, and without a second thought I received a complementary late check out. I highly recommend the OMNI as a staycation during the Christmas holiday. As if the golden ticket hunt and daily hot coco were not enough, when you entered the room, you were provided a plate full of sweets. AND much to my surprise, when I opened my door on Christmas morning, there was a stocking full of goodies. I was so touched. I've stayed at many hotels during Christmas, and never have I had such a joyous and thoughtful experience. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Older hotel but worth the stay.
Hotel stay was great overall. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit older but the public areas well-kept. Our room was comfortable (we recommend the rhe mountain view) and had your basic amenities. The only downside is that you could see the age of the hotel, at least in our room. The finishes were a bit worn, the towel rack was barely attached to the wall, two vanity light bulbs went out, the shower drain was super slow, and our sheets had holes. Other than that, it was worth the stay. It's a good location for food and shopping too. We went in the winter so not much to do outside but the pool and golf course looked appealing in the snow.

I enjoyed my stay at Omni. It has everything inside the hotel for convenience. It is located near a shopping mall. Ample parking. The hotel room was average - nothing extraordinary. When we first arrived, we noticed that our bathroom sink was clogged but we called front desk and they sent someone immediatley to fix it. Overall a good hotel.
