"The Birkenhof was excellent. Clean, comfortable, friendly, and the staff were incredible. Would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is new and roomy. But that’s it. The bathroom is huge but doesn’t have a place for putting stuff (just a pedestal vanity), not even a convenient toilet paper hanger. The room is also huge, but the desk is tiny. Poor design! The queen size bed has a narrow size blanket, not enough to cover me. I asked front desk for a wider blanket, but got another same size blanket. No bottle water in room. Restaurant is good. "

"The property was appropriate for its price point. The rooms were fairly clean but outdated.The landscaping was nice and well taken care of. Unfortunately, after a long day of travel, no one was at the property to let us in even though we arrived during check in hours and we were unable to get a hold of the property manager. "Unique place to stay! Very close to walk to area with bars and restaurants in an old town feel. Very close to public transportation which we road and very easy to figure out where you are going. Very friendly staff and an older building with lots of charm!!"
