"Die Toilettenspülung war defekt und eine sofortige Reparatur angeblich nicht möglich. Wir mussten uns behelfen indem wir den Mülleimer mit Wasser aus dem Waschbecken gefüllt damit gespült haben. Ein Ersatzzimmer gabe es nicht da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Vom Personal gab es angesichts der Situation nicht mal einen Ausdruck des Bedauerns."

"Still under construction(=new) Elevators are out of order(going up and down to 3rd floor with luggage is a bit off ). You need to slam the door to lock the door to the room. Very close to FRA terminal 2. Newly developing area so nothing much happening but good if you are arriving late and leaving early from the airport. The staff there was friendly and helpful. So once all the work done it’ll be better I think."
