The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully designed and the location of the hotel is extremely convenient - only a few minutes of walk away from the Grand Place!

Not the usual hotel, but staff were trying so hard. Location was great. Shower pressure is super even on the 6th floor. If you are looking at the value for money - that’s the place. Breakfast was a definite yes for us

We really love our stay in Brussels with Hotel Mila as our host. Staff were excellent and attends to our needs. Also, breakfast was included in our stay which makes it easier for us not to spend so much outside to eat. The only downside was the shower room was plugged. Overall, our experience was pretty good. We will definitely come back and stay with Hotel Mila again.

Just stayed at the Mila Hotel in Brussels and honestly? Small but mighty is the vibe. The staff were so friendly and helpful, I wanted to invite them to dinner. Check-in and check-out were smoother than Belgian chocolate. Clean, comfy rooms, a surprisingly good breakfast (for a hotel this size, it felt like a magic trick), and the location? Chef’s kiss. 10/10 would Mila again.

Had such an amazing experience and time at the Mila Hotel and definitely keeping this place bookmarked for future visits! Customer service was amazing, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel makes it easy to walk around and is close to many activities. Definitely would recommend!

Pros: Staff are friendly, competent and speak English well Clean room with comfortable bed Really nice shower Breakfast buffet tasted good Close to most must see places and in a nicer part of Brussels You need to ring a bell to get in on first visit, it means that not just anyone can walk into the property Cons: Brussels doesn’t feel massively safe at night The room is a little bit tight for 2 people but I went alone so didn’t affect me

Nice hotel in an excellent location.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, in an excellent location for sightseeing, with a good breakfast buffet included. The room was very good, but there were no shelves or drawers to put anything, and no chair for sitting at the minute shelf that counted as a table. Adding those easy things would have made the room excellent.

I booked it to be walking distance from MIDI and metro and tram services and I was pleasantly surprised to realise it’s just behind the historic city centre and I had a wide area to explore and eat and drink. The check in and check out were quick, there’s baked goods awaiting in the breakfast and check in area and the rooms have lovely wide windows that actually open! I felt very safe as a solo traveler especially as entry is key based only, so just residents can access the space.

New Hotel in the heart of central with chic room hotel design. Its 2 metro stops from Brussels Midi. Easy to find. Metro is just infront. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Hotel got lift so its convinient to bring your luggage/things in your room. Recommended to all.

Both the most expensive and tiniest hotel I stayed in of late (11 stays this month). Your bed is also your sofa, chair, dresser, the only shelving, etc.. Shower sprays water to the sink, toilet and bed. Noisy, hard to crack the code on the hvac miniscule elevator for the whole property, etc.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and breakfast included. Good location for walking into old town or train station and public transportation is close by. Stayed there 2 separate nights, and the the room on the 2nd floor with a balcony was a treat. Just be sure you're comfortable with your partner as the toilet & shower are open to the room.
