"Brilliant location and super-friendly and helpful staff. Nice owner too but some repairs are needed to surfaces, the lift and suchlike. Never mind, if you enjoy a basic stay slap bang in the middle of the city (location, location, location) this is the hotel for you. Affordable and down-to-earth. Great that such hotels, with a family feel, still exist in the centre of Brussels. "
