Everything was good a part from the pillows. They were of poor quality and felt like I was sleeping on cotton wool balls, very uncomfortable. Should invest in better quality pillows that is the only negative thing I can say. Everything else was fine ☺️

Excellent hotel and location to Brussels Midi
The location is excellent. The room was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. The breakfast manager (From Portugal) was most attentive and very helpful. The only downside was that the hotel could not provide English TV channels.

My only negative is that I exchanged messages with the hotel as I was traveling with my daughter and her baby and she needed our assistance. We asked for adjoining rooms months in advance, reminding them in the weeks and days before our arrival. At checkin they told us there’s no way we could get adjoining rooms, in fact, they put us on separate floors. This severely impacted us for the 5 nights we stayed there. For this reason, we will not stay here again.
