We called and had confirmation multiple times throughout the day they would come- never came. Even had to go to the front desk at 11p to beg to just get clean towels- that still took forever. Very big disappointment. Also there was a creepy hole in the floor by the tv."Reviewed November 3, 2026Return • Tromsø (TOS) - Munich (MUC)TOS - MUC • 1 stop MUC - TOS • 2 stopsS$946S$782found 14 hours agoper traveller - Hotel Torbräu

Hotel Villa Erlen"Perfect location, easy to find ,quiet and clean ."
"I stayed 10 days and my room was cleaned up only once. Staff informed me that if I need to have my room cleaned up more often I need to inform them the evening before. I don’t think that was the right way to serve a guest for the price that was paid. Fire alarm turned on at 7:00am and the whole building was evacuated because of a false alarm. Nobody said a word Sorry about that incident. The room was a non-smoking, but I constantly felt smoke from the bathroom, especially from the towels."
