"Parking was an issue "

"Number of things: 1. Staff are casually friendly but not professional. 2. Check in is separate from interior. 3. Desk is not always staffed. NO staff at night. 4. Had to go ask for more towels and was made to wait 5 minutes while the front desk person talked to a housekeeper about shifts. 5.. Got confronted by a man trying to get in at 10pm saying he lost his room key. I wouldn't let him in cause what's the point of security otherwise. Tried calling front desk but got sent to a full voicemail for emergency after hours. They did call back and say they would check the property for the man. It scared my wife. 6. Bathroom had filth on the walls behind the door and the shower curtain was nasty. 7. Rooms are not very sound proof as I heard the road traffic and a whining dog next door all night. 8. Shower is tiny and water pressure is terrible. 9. Tried to check out and the lobby doors were locked at 9:30am with no staff in site. Showed up after I logged onto the app and checked out that way. I WILL NOT use this franchise again. This is is an unacceptable way to operate a business. I don't expect 5 star or anything but I cannot tolerate the lack of professionalism. "

"The staff was excellent! They were some of the best we have ever dealt with. The room was good, not great and there were some areas that needed cleaning that we did ourselves, the bed was aweful. It had a dip in the middle and my wife and I both felt as though we never got a good night sleep. The kitchen seemed to have all a person needednif tou were inclined to eat in, which we didn't. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever encountered as well, with lots of options every morning. I just wished it would have been available a little longer during the week. 7-10 on the weekends and 6-9 during the week. 10 during the week would have been perfect. Overall we were quite happy and would visit again. "

"Friendly welcome and nice room. Everything was super clean and the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. I had requested a pack and play to be set up in the room prior to arrival and it was not set up. We ended up having to ask several times for it (not ideal when trying to have a baby nap on time) and when it came there was no mattress, just a rock hard board for the baby to sleep on. Besides this issue, we enjoyed our stay."

"Great breakfast, clean room "

"The room was disgusting! I went down and told them we had no towels or toilet paper in our room & asked to switch rooms because we couldn't adjust our unit from cool to heat or the temperature. She sent maintenance up to fix the heat WHEN WE WENT TO GET DINNER. We showered with our flip flops on because of the filthy shower pan. The sink had hairs and boogers in it. We slept in our car because roaches were everywhere when we turned the light on (i took pictures) and the bed sheets had blood specs, like bedbugs do. The walls and door were just filthy! On top of that, they say at check in there is a noise ordinance after 10pm, and base was thumping at 12am and yelling half threw the night in the parking lot. Not aplace for a nice couple or even kids. There was a woman working a room. Every other hr or so she would change clothes and redo her makeup and a different guy was in and out her room, even the next morning. If the staff paid better attention to the surroundings and did something about it, and the house keepers cared more about cleaning, it wouldnt be bad at all...especially for the price."
