"The room was very clean, bed comfortable and nice, high pressure shower. Those are my 3 most important qualities to a hotel room and they delivered 5 stars here. The breakfast bar was just ok as they didn’t have the correct cups/lids so very challenging to bring coffee to the room. Otherwise a perfect stay and minor inconvenience.."

"The hotel needs some ports installed to charge electronic devices or more outlets. Also a night light in the bathroom would be nice."

"I arrived with two imediate problems. 1 i was double booked due to a hotels.com error. The second was because the hotel system had been offline and the front desk was in the process of reconciling current room occupancy with reservations. To get us into a room they had to send someone to veryfy if a room was empty. We had booked a standard King bed room. The King size bed was an important feature we need to sleep comfortably. We were put into a suite that had a double bed (room 505) which did not provide a great sleep as we were cramped into the bed. Of course we know things happen, but this made our overnight stay while traveling miserable. "

"Old hotel; made me sign a pet damages waiver even though I had no pets; the sofa in the room was already badly damaged by a cat; I went to the office in the morning to make sure that they didn’t charge me for the damages. They did not, which is good. The breakfast buffet was nasty. Gross eggs, coffee that tasted awful, and a fly landed in my juice. It was expensive, too. Double what I would have wanted to pay for the low quality. And very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot because of the traffic patterns and so much traffic!"
