Rooms are in real need of renovation. Stained carpets, grubby bathrooms, mouldy ceiling, chipped bath, dirty walls , plug sockets not working well, stained bed linen. We had 2 rooms and both poor. The bar on the upper foyer is very nice and the location was convenient.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, restaurants in the area. It is a short walk from Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. Quiet hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Overall a good hotel in a great location. The bathroom could use a little upgrade. But still no complaints about the hotel.service was amazing.
