"Hotel is indeed grand, public areas are beautiful, pool is great and the balcony in our room was a nice surprise, views fabulous. However cleanliness was a issue, our room seemed ok at first but really in need of a deep cleanse, skirting boards thick dirt same on the balcony, rooms also tired, public areas should be cleaned daily, BUT overall, a beautiful place to stay,"

"The cleaner was very pleasant and helpful. On the first morning she adjusted the shower unit so that the water wasn't dangerously hot. Toilet roll was not replaced one day. The bed was well made. Some dust left on the table and TV screen."

"Large clean room with sofa bed and a double bed. Small fridge and hairdryer. Large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shower floods bathroom everytime due to not having a door/screen to floor meaning you have to use 3 towels on floor to stop this, bad design in my opinion. Breakfast was your normal buffet restaurant, nit a lot of gluten free options avaliable, asked for some gluten free bread and was handed one small slice. Hotel close to beach, and town so great location. Not enough parking for such a large hotel we had to park miles down the road in a side road."

"The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff who work here. Every single one I met was friendly, pleasant and helpful, providing excellent customer service . The rooms were lovely and comfortable with clean bedding , providing a good nights sleep with a ceiling fan and also a desk fan provided during this heatwave . The breakfast was excellent. These things far outweighed the only 2 things which could be improved - better instructions on how to find the hotel, itโs main entrance and car park (there were a number of us who had spent a long time trying to find them or ended up in Sainsburyโs car park by mistake) .The other was a bit of floor level dust which our 2 year found in a couple of her hide and seek places ! Overall though this hotel is one of the most enjoyable Iโve ever stayed in"

"Very convenient location not too far from the city center and next to supermarket, coffee shops and fast food. Hotel was nice. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant served good food too! Only complaint was that the doors can bang a little too loudly if let close by themselves."
